During the construction on Seminary Street from Eighth to Crestwood Drive, two gas lines were found that were too shallow. These lines had been previously exposed to see the depth and were at an acceptable depth. As construction preceded the lines became more shallow. A ticket was submitted to the gas company to have them lowered on Oct 3rd. The gas company scheduled the lines to be lowered on Oct. 19th. With the rain, it got pushed back. We now have confirmation that the lines will be lowered on Oct 31st. Also, the concrete company is expected to begin work on the sidewalks and approaches during the week of Oct 30th.
